I rented a lake view and the fountain broke over the winter. It really helped with my anxiety and cooling after a hard day at work. Please consider getting it back. Thank You

Since day 1 too many changes in staff and mgtment. It's probably the most stable it's been in awhile now.

We were told we could move in on one date, but they discovered problems with the room and delayed our move in by several days. When we moved in, there were several problems with the place including damage, missing racks, doors that stuck, front door was broken, and the air filters hadn't been changed in a very long time. We requested they fix it the day we moved it. They said they would fix it. Two weeks later it was still not fixed. Complained again. Five days later and still not fixed.

Cons:Apparently, there is no firm criteria to calculate rent, different staff come up with different rates using the same computers- I overpaid rent for a whole year and no one noticed, payments not receipted, 24/7 voice mail phone connections-no live connection to report problems even during office hours, lawn mowers no longer care to vacuum off cut grass from padios, Pros: Friendly staff (sometimes), attend to reported problems albeit slowly, organizes social events for residents.
