Although the staff is nice, & the grounds beautiful, the buildings are old & poorly insulated, cold in the Winter! I'm in the large 1st floor apartment with screened porch - the foyer is so cold in the Winter that I have to hang a doubled heavy blanket at the doorway to the livingroom/diningroom (the thermometer in the foyer reads 40 degrees). I also had to buy plastic kits for all the windows and sliding glass door to the porch. It is still drafty and cold; it's like I'm heating the outside!

Apartment has generally a well-kept and furnished interior, but does need some replacement or upgrades (e.g., faucets and porch carpets). A totally congenial and friendly atmosphere his promoted by all the staff. Minor requests are handled in timely manner.

The neighborhood is in an excellent location with great restaurants, shopping and other amenities within walking distance.

There seems to be more maintenence requests needed than I would like for the rent level we are in. Parking is a serious issue. Pricing is a bit high compared to similar apartments.
