The property is well maintained and attractive. Maintenance is excellent and prompt. We liked that there are Read Morewindows in every room producing much light. The rooms are all good sized. The screened porch is wonderful. Our only complaint is the heavy footsteps above our apartment. We have recommended Willow Lakes to friends and they have allready signed a lease and put their house on the market. That is how satisfied we are with our decision.

The entire staff at Willow lake Apts are nice and respectfull. They try to address your needs immediately. T Read Morehey have fun events, recreational parties, or just a stop-by-the-office & have a quick snack, free coffee, h20, pop, etc... or even a chat.

Willow Lake Apartments Resident
Although the staff is nice, & the grounds beautiful, the buildings are old & poorly insulated, cold in the Win Read Moreter! I'm in the large 1st floor apartment with screened porch - the foyer is so cold in the Winter that I have to hang a doubled heavy blanket at the doorway to the livingroom/diningroom (the thermometer in the foyer reads 40 degrees). I also had to buy plastic kits for all the windows and sliding glass door to the porch. It is still drafty and cold; it's like I'm heating the outside!

Apartment has generally a well-kept and furnished interior, but does need some replacement or upgrades (e.g., Read Morefaucets and porch carpets). A totally congenial and friendly atmosphere his promoted by all the staff. Minor requests are handled in timely manner.
