Look to relocate asap

I was asked to give a review on this place when I moved in several months ago. I never really got around to doing it until now. I got on here and read the reviews that people were saying about this place and it is ridiculous. If you want a clean apartment or the outside of your door then clean it. I love this place. My apartment was amazing when I moved in and it has remained that way since. The office staff is very helpful and nice anytime you call them. The maintenance is amazing and very helpful anytime you speak with them. I honestly don get the bad review. You can not think that the management will be there to clean up every mess that is made outside YOUR door. That would be your responsibility and the renter. I see them out there every morning picking up all the trash that is left behind from people who can't clean up after themselves. I feel like the people who leave all the bad reviews, cause most of the drama theirselves. If you are looking for a two bedroom with tons of space, this is the place for you. Don't believe everything that you read and go take look for yourself.

Great tenants helping me out with my personal needs

This is my second apartment it's in way better condition than my first apartment but there is nobody never in the front office and you can barely ever get anyone to come do anything it takes them forever

Love living here but there’s so many broken down cars that do not belong here and there’s a lot of traffic of people working on cars for people who don’t even live here which takes up parking spaces for residents

Terrible management, trash and dog poop everywhere. Broken down vehicles just sitting in parking spots. Mattresses laying in the grass along with other appliances
