      Awful place and terrible management. Probably one of the worst place I ever moved into. I don't even know where to start. Just don't move here

      The units are dirty and my walls werent even painted properly, and management never did anything about that after telling me they would. And thats even if they move you in on the correct date, they delayed mine a week on two days notice. Awful place to live and even worse management, everyone there is incompetent.

      This place wants 3 times the rent and deposit and how many people you know has that kind of money they can afford no wonder kokomo has so many homeless people cause they got kicked out for new expensive apt they can't afford
