    This place is so clean!! Usually apartments fall down hill after a couple years of opening, but not Creekside! Management is awesome and helpful!

    They are expensive, if you have a dog be prepared to pay for deodorizing the carpet even though there is no damage to the apartment and that's where you deposit and pet rent should go but doesn't. They charge a lot of fees, $50 late payment and $5 a day each day, make sure your bank know the accept the rent otherwise those charges add up fast. The office staff and maintenance is friendly and fast. Only really down fall is the expense. It's quiet but it's a little over an hour outside Chicago.

    Nice looking community grew up in Lowell area so love the area . Maintence staff leave some to be desired parking is horrible they need assigned spots for residence absolutly no where near enough parking
