I am absolutely disgusted by my experience with this place. AVOID!! They gave me a dirty unit with cockroaches, and proceeded to replace that unit with another dirty unit full of dead cockroaches. and then have the nerve to act like I'm an annoyance when I go to the office with my concerns. I have asked them to return my money as they do not have suitable accommodations from me. I have yet to hear back from management regarding returning my money al $1554 dollars should be returned to me because they do not have a suitable place for me to move into. Save yourself the unnecessary stress and aggravation and run anywhere but HERE!! I am still waiting on a response to my email, a call back to my message. I have multiple photos of the cockroaches Dead & Alive

I fill out a application they email me I tell them I work everyday till 230 so I can come look at a apartment after that and I never hear from them again it's happened more than once

The prices for the apartments are really high. 2 bedrooms for $831 is a lot. I can see that price maybe for house rent but not an apartment.

I would strongly recommend that you look at other apartment communities before applying here. This review is based on my 1 bedroom unit only. It is a small and outdated apartment. There are no luxuries in this unit. I am advising you to look around. There are other apartment communities that offer a washer & dryer with a dishwasher for a few dollars more a month. This complex wants to be competitive and charge the same amount as other communities, but without the extras. Most of all, be aware of their 4 month penalty for breaking a lease. If you were to find a bigger apartment, an apartment with better amenities, or a home for you to move into, you would need perfect timing in order to save a huge amount of your money. I am currently going month-to-month at $793 because I am looking at houses, and when I find one, I want to move now. I work hard for my money and don't want to pay this 4 month penalty, $2324, for improving my situation. If you are looking for a small, outdated apartment with no luxuries for 5, 10, 20 or more years, this might be the place for you. BUT, if you want something temporarily until you find YOUR HOME, avoid this place so that you can keep your hard earned money and put it toward your new home.
