    Academy Park Apartments is New Albany's newest and most exciting community. We are minutes away from three interstate highways where you can access Louisville, Jeffersonville, River Ridge Commerce Center, and the new 265 bridge. Our apartment homes consist of two or three bedrooms all with two full baths and washer/dryer connections. Academy Park Apartments, located adjacent to Sam Peden-Community Park and Christian Academy, are a beautiful place to call home. We have two and three bedroom units. Our 2 bedroom units are 1141 sq ft and are $905 a month and our spacious 3 bedroom units are 1374 sq ft and are $1250 a month. Do you have a fur baby? Great bring your baby along with you! The only restriction we have for pets is not aggressive breeds. Other then that bring your fur baby and lets get you set up in your new home. Stop in to our hospitality center for more information as well as a tour to show you the next place you will want to call home.

      Rude staff, not sound poof, very little parking. Over priced. Two bed room will run you 1000 a month after all there bs charges. Pool to small and open half the time. Office hours??? Please it when ever Courtney isnt busy running her kids somewhere. If you need something fix well it might get fix. Save your money rent someone else

      Office staff rude. Maintenance people rude. Complaints about things in May not taken care of almost 5 months later. They would close the pool to have the lifeguard do maintenance things such as power wash breezeway.

      Apartments are very nice; however, in the three-bedroom units, there is absolutely no sound-proofing whatsoever. I used to live in a two-floor home and could not hear people on the top floor. In my unit, I could hear actual words in conversation downstairs. There was constant noise. If someone was on the sidewalk in front of the building, I could understand verbatim all conversation, and then in the breezeway, it was magnified. I did not have this experience when I lived in your two-bedroom.

      I do think the apartment is a bit over priced, but the apartments are some of the best quality around New Albany. It would be nice to have someplace to rent out to have parties.

    Welcome to our community. Before you apply to rent an apartment at our community, please take time to review this qualifying criteria to determine if you are eligible. The term ?Applicant(s)? or ?Leaseholder(s)? under these criteria means the person(s) who is signing a rental application and, if approved, will be signing the lease as a ?resident?; the term ?occupant(s)? in these criteria means the other person(s) authorized to be occupants under the lease. Please note that these are our current qualifying criteria; nothing contained in these requirements shall constitute a guarantee or representation by us that all residents or occupants currently residing in the community have met these requirements. There may be residents or occupants who have resided in the community prior to these requirements going into effect. Additionally, our ability to verify whether these requirements have been met is limited to the information we receive from the various resident credit reporting services used. This community complies with all applicable fair housing laws including those that prohibit discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status or disability.
    Occupancy Standard: Two persons maximum per bedroom. (Exception: children six (6) months of age or under unless otherwise directed by Federal, State, or Local regulations)
    Availability: An apartment becomes available to prelease when the current resident submits a written notice to vacate.
    Utilities: Resident will be required to pay water, sewer, trash, pest control and gas due at the first of the month with their rental payment. Additionally, a resident is required to provide and maintain the electricity in their name during the entire lease term(s).
    Age Requirement: All leaseholders and occupants age 18 years or older are required to submit an application for approval
