Rude staff, not sound poof, very little parking. Over priced. Two bed room will run you 1000 a month after all Read More there bs charges. Pool to small and open half the time. Office hours??? Please it when ever Courtney isnt busy running her kids somewhere. If you need something fix well it might get fix. Save your money rent someone else

Office staff rude. Maintenance people rude. Complaints about things in May not taken care of almost 5 months l Read Moreater. They would close the pool to have the lifeguard do maintenance things such as power wash breezeway.

Apartments are very nice; however, in the three-bedroom units, there is absolutely no sound-proofing whatsoeve Read Morer. I used to live in a two-floor home and could not hear people on the top floor. In my unit, I could hear actual words in conversation downstairs. There was constant noise. If someone was on the sidewalk in front of the building, I could understand verbatim all conversation, and then in the breezeway, it was magnified. I did not have this experience when I lived in your two-bedroom.

I do think the apartment is a bit over priced, but the apartments are some of the best quality around New Alba Read Moreny. It would be nice to have someplace to rent out to have parties.
