    Upon telling the front office I had to move they seemed very rude from paying my rent to trying to schedule anything.

    I think the apartments are made poorly & the staff DO NOT listen. My electric bill was the highest I have ever paid & it was because I could NEVER get it warm in the winter & I have had 2 apartments there. I usually keep the thermostat at 66 - 68 tops, it wouldn't be warm at 73! Very poor construction! Also, the pricing is too high for what you get & you are horrible when it comes to resigning! Never would I refer anyone to live there.

    Very few issues have arisen. Those that have, have been dealt with expeditiously, courteously and with great professionalism.

    I have frequently spoke on dogs off leash ... and people using carports that are not assigned. I believe an easy map solution . I see it as stealing. condensation on interior windows is leading to mold and wood rot. the master bedroom window leak has been fixed twice still leaking and wood is warped. My stove has not been working since 9-11-2012.. (one burner)
