    These apartments are the worst. They change their policies without notice then charge you late fee cause the office failed to give you the info. They are ghetto and very unprofessional. I don't have nothing good to say and wouldn't recommend these to nobody. You leave a message for the property manager to contact you back and they don't for month. The staff don't fix nothing what so ever. And these pictures have to be old cause as of today the complex is trashed. Neighbors are friendly but the office isn't.

    These apartments are the worst...they will move anybody in just to get the money. They have roaches and mice...it's noisy all the time. You complain to the office about issues and they do nothing. If you come home at night there's never anywhere to park because of peoples guest taking up all the parking spaces for residents. There have been at least 5 different leasing agents in the office the whole year and a half that I've lived here. You pay your rent, and the next month they will swear up & down you didn't...they nevrr can keep acturate records on rent payments...trust me you don't wanna move here unless you're desperate.

    I'm a current resident. the staff at Pangea Vine yards are great mr. Lonnie and mr. Thomas they are friendly they dependable I will recommend anyone to come move in The Vineyards if you want to have a place that feels like home from the start.
