The office and maintaince staff are hardworking and doing their best to keep Gladden Farms a safe place for lo Read Morewer income families.With only 8 flats per building as long as everyone stays respectful the noise level during the day is not bad.The grounds are well maintained.It is with in walking distance to a Wal-Mart and multiple shops.There are many dog poo stations to take care of pet waste.Unfortunately this generation of no respect, free range children make it very difficult to maintain the complex and keep the park and pool in proper working order.During the holidays there is a trash build up around the trash compactor but this is due to a mixture of too many boxes in the compactor and general laziness of some residents to take their trash to the back dumpster when the compactor is full.Parking can be a issue. There is a two car per unit policy that is currently not being inforced. So if you want to ensure that you have a place to park you will have to pay for a carport or garage.As I said the staff are doing a great job and are very respectful. If there were more residents that would follow the policies that they read and signed. Plus take responsibility for their behavior and their children. This would be a 5 star complex.
