    Don't recommend at all. Have lived here for 2 years so far my rent went up 100$ last year and this year its gone up 41$. Im a new mom so I needed to get help from my tribe to pay rent and because they are government affiliated they close for two weeks in December for two weeks due to holidays so my rent check from them was late and clear waters secretary cathi had no sympathy or understanding about it at all. I had just gave birth and got home with my newborn in hand to find a note on my door saying pay 55$ or get out which I paid 16,000 for my home upfront. Then when I called them to talk about it to them I was pretty much told it wasn't there problem they needed to get paid too and that I had a couple days to get it done. They do nothing about complaints or problems either. My neighbor has been blaring music the last 2 years and nothing has been done about it and now it's keeping/ waking up my newborn.

    They advertise prices low. That is not the case you will pay almost 900 or more a month to rent a trailer in a glorified trailer park with yellow water. Front staff is nice unless you have a problem . any issues will not be handled properly just thrown under the rug and dismissed.

    they should have to tell everyone about the water and how they treat the water before moving in there is big black and brown peices of paper in the water looks like toilet paper i am moving ASAP every otherday they put up alerts on not drinking the water i cringe everytime i go to take a shower but have no choice
