The manager is very concerned about us and helps out when she can as does the maintenance man.

Location is great. Office Management and Maintenance respond promptly. It's nice and quiet. Everyone is friendly. I would have rated excellent for value and exterior but the windows are terrible, big gaps causing drafts.

The apartment windows seal very poorly requiring them to be covered with plastic in the cold months and the door seals are leaky. The heating and cooling systems are old, noisy and inefficient.

The recent rent increase was much more than most of us who are on fixed incomes can manage without making big changes in how we live, if we choose to stay here.

I am not happy about having to pay for pest control, trash disposal, water, and sewage. That is $45.00 extra per month that I have had to find in my budget. I pray we don't get charged for snow removal too. I also have a fear that my monthly rent will go up when my lease is renewed next year. I love living here but it is not cheap.

The area is well kept, quiet and runs very smooth. having an attached garage makes life so much easier.
