Excellent maintenance support and administrative staff. The apartments are a bit older and the walls are thin. Also, it'd be nice if the coin-op laundry used some kind of debit system like in other places around town. But overall a nice apartment for the money.

Maintenance staff is excellent. Any issue that I had was fixed in no time. As a student I think the rent is affordable and the apartments are spacious. Parking is never really full. I personally think the staff in the office are very polite and helpful.

I enjoy living at Beau Jardin. The maintenance staff and office staff are nice, there are free resident events, and family-friendly. However, I have an issue with how easily the paint peels and how there is a potential concern regarding lead paint. I believe funds should be invested in remediating this issue.
