    We have lived at the Villas for just about two months now and really love it. We've been in houses for the better part of thr past 10 years, so we were worried about being back in an apartment, especially with 3 kids, but it's been fantastic! We are in an upstairs unit so I can't speak to the noise if you are downstairs. Occasionally we hear our neighbors, but then this is an apartment so it's not unexpected. We love our two-car attached garage and the private entrance. The apartment is bright, spacious, and clean, with a fantastic kitchen and huge walk-in closets; the only complaint would be that some of the nice finishes are a bit poorly installed and the carpet is cheap and thin. The dog park has been a great way to meet the neighbors who are all so friendly, and the recently opened pool is amazing! We had an issue with our A/C not working and the maintenance team was at our door in under 5 minutes. Adam was great to work with and went above and beyond in helping us pick our unit and sign our lease. While I look forward to buying a house again one day, we are very grateful to be living here for the next hear or two!

    Electric bills are skyrocketing. Renters beware. Ask about energy efficiency. Check with the electric company. They'll report their buildings are NOT energy efficient. Renters can save hundreds of dollars a month and stay warm elsewhere. We live in a 2 bedroom with our heat set at 65 degrees. Our bills are $350-$500 during the winter.

    I currently live in this apartment complex, and have for almost three years. In the last year, I have been met with mistakes on my acct that have been posed as my fault, unwilling management staff to help resolve their mistakes, amongst other things. The office presented false advertisement in regards to referrals, and was explained away as a courtesy, not as an incentive, when it took 1.5yrs to receive, though the complex received the benefit of an additional resident. The apartment themselves are fine for the most part, yet for the price one pays, you expect excellent residential service to go with the price. That is simply not the case, as I have still been unable to receive a corporate number for this complex. I would suggest finding a more friendly, accommodating place to live.

    Whatever you do, DO NOT live on the first floor. It's awful . The floors are so thin, it sounds like a circus above me every day. I can even hear kids above me crying in the middle of the night. It's miserable. My sleep schedule is dependent upon my upstairs neighbors. On top of it, the staff is very unorganized and I've been told misleading/contradicting information several times. Can't wait until my lease is over!!!!!!

    Being of of the first residents of this complex, I've seen many property managers come and go. The initial property managers promised many things including a gift certificate for damaged lawn furniture thrown into the (then) muddy un-sod lawn, told that my utilities would run around $80 dollars a month. Needless to say, I'm not pleased because neither were true. My first month utility bill was almost $300. I still wonder if I wasn't' paying for another I unit as well their construction crew. Now, because their website is down, residents who normally pay their rent on-line, are being charged a $50 late fee for not dropping a check off during their business hours. No after hour drop off box is provided for residents. I was told to pay for my inconvenience... I have very mixed reviews about this property.

    After moving in to an apartment that was new but had undisclosed water damage, maintenance requests were completed slowly if ever. Communications regarding the state of our apartment were incomplete and slow. Also, our electric bills have been astronomically high despite conscientious energy usage and the new construction of our building. The gym, an important amenity, is in poor shape despite also being new--blinds broken, sound/TVs not working, cleaning supplies empty.
