A year ago I would have rated living here as being excellent. Residents have deteriorated since then. I.E.: less consideration for neighbors, slamming of doors that shake the building.

Have Enjoyed living here the last year. Apartments are nice size, affordable, close to just about everything. Nice staff. Apartments fairly well maintained but something's could be a bit better such as better quality flooring.
