Don't like the fact I can hear my neighbors above me. I am a pretty quiet person and work weird hours. I hear Read Moretheir conversations, tv, video games and walking around since they are not light on their feet. Don't hear my neighbors on either side of me though.

We're sorry to hear that noise has been a source of frustration for you. Apartment style living can result in some external noise from time to time, but we do enforce community-wide noise policies and encourage our residents to let us know if they feel their neighbors have been neglectful of these.
One maint. employee came to my apt. around 9pm on a Sat. night to tell me that my 2 friends and I were laughin Read Moreg too loud. He didn't introduce himself, just told me that he can hear me from the first floor and wasn't polite. Another maint. employee that lives in the same building as me, told me twice that my music was too loud, meanwhile, him and his friends are outside drinking and being loud till 11:00pm and later and there are dogs in the building that bark 24/7. Feel like I'm being targeted

Higher than average price point for the area yet everything (washer/dryer, counters, cupboard, stove, shower, Read Morecarpet, etc...) Are the cheapest versions available. Poorly built with paint runs and scrapes on all the walls even in brand new units. Lastly the disconnect between the office employees and corporate in Michigan is large enough that your local office personnel don't have answers to any of your questions.

We understand your frustrations regarding rent, but we do research the market to ensure fair prices. As for any blemishes in your home, we did conduct a walk through before your move in date, but if you feel something needs to be addressed we would be happy to assist. I have never had any problems with facilities or service. Staff is always great, maintenance always announces Read Morea couple of days ahead of entry when conducting routine maintenance and inspections.

At first I thought it was excellent, But then I noticed how paper thin the floors and ceilings were for noise. Read More I didn't submit a noise complaint due to the fact I could tell the upstairs neighbors were just doing normal things like opening cupboards. They also had a kid around 3 years old, who got annoying at times, but I cant really blame you guys for that.
