Best place to live if you like over flowing garage cans that carry smell on a windy day, if you like kids running up and down the halls, if you like hearing your neighbors having sex, if You like your cars damaged in the parking lots, if you like the smell pot smoke, if you like knowing that your lease is only an outline of rules but are not enforced and often breached by both residents and management, if you like kids playing kickball in the parking lots, if you like being told you complain to much when there is dog poop that isnt picked up, when your neighbors are having parties and you cant sleep, or when your neighbors harass you. I understand apartment living but that doesnt mean you have to put up with everything under the sun when your PAYING to live here. When we opted to pay for garages after our car was damaged in excessive of 1700 dollars the garage spaces that were supposed to be available had vehicles parked in them (not being paid for since they were supposed to be empty?) Now having a garage to avoid damage again from the residents only to find firecracker debris In the garage and on my car. Overpriced for what you get, management is hard to get in contact with and doesnt seem to care and it never makes a difference anyway. Save the headache and look someplace else - current resident until lease is over.

You better hope you dont have an issue with damage to your property. They will not pay even when they are at fault.

This place could be a wonderful choice, if the management wasn't so awful. If you want to over pay for no onsite gym or neighbors that blare their music all hours of the night, this is your gem!! There is high turnover in my building with an average of less than sixth month's for some spaces. Parties thrown with people acting childish and running down the halls screaming. IS this the college dorm rooms now? Management?? Unavailable to support your concerns. It's all about the money....

For me, who do not really care for apartment dwelling, I think this is one of the best apartments I've ever lived in. I love the spacious rooms. Fell in love with my pantry, laundry room, and master bed and bath the moment I viewed the unit. It's a very well kept and clean and friendly community. The office staff is ALWAYS amazing and ready to help with whatever. This is definitely a community that I would recommend to anyone searching for a great apartment home.
