We were moving from out of state and rented through the internet.. a garden apt. Well we had no idea a garden apartment was 6 steps up to the main floor and then 6 down to an apartment that was half in a basement with windows at ground level.

Living at Chateau Knoll has been a wonderful experience. The staff have always been attentive and helpful, even coming to service our A/C at 11pm on a Friday. We have only met kind neighbors, and even living in the lower level we've had a better and more pleasant,homey apartment than other apartments we have lived in in the area. We are looking to move to a different level at the end of our lease and again have found the staff to be helpful and accommodating.We are glad to be staying here next y

Snow removal is a bit slow, everything else is as good as promised.

Chateau Knoll Apartments were a nice place to live. I felt safe at the complex, had respectful neighbors, and there were a good amount of amenities.
