Overall a nice place to stay in a small town like Burlington. Office staff is very polite and helpful. Place i Read Mores in proximity of good shopping and dining areas. My only complain about the place is it always has a long waiting list to get in. I wish they had more such residential buildings built in nearby areas. Maintenance staff need to be increased and also some more re-creation areas should be added like a tennis court and larger swimming pool. Still a good place to spend your time. Thanks.

The management was poor and senior lady ( Judy) was neither reasonable nor friendly. Here is an example: she s Read Morehowed me for an apartment and I really liked it and I made deposit. One week before I moved in, she said has given that apartment for another tenant and promised me she will offer me another one with the same location and settings. But what she gave me was a one close to the main road (close to the traffic, noisy) and in the middle of a four-apartment building, I am indeed annoyed!

The townhouses were nice. The property manager and maintenance man were wonderful. If we had any problems, t Read Morehings were handled right away. The only issues I had was with the parking in my area. We lived in the "cul de sac" portion on the complex, and there wasn't as many parking places to accommodate the buildings in that area. The parking area was also poorly marked, so residents just made up their own parking spots. The playground equipment was falling apart. They have replaced it now.
