    The only downfall I have encountered is the inability to have snow removed within a reasonable amount of time/during times when most people are gone to work. Also that cars are not towed so the lots can be cleaned after snow removal. And there seems to be vehicles that are not even in use that take up parking spots in front of buildings that could be used for people who actually do drive/need to park.

    Incompetent Management and Staff! Pictures deceptive! Same pig apartments different colored lipstick!! Stay away!

    I receieved a notice that i owe rent. I am on autopay and informed gateway gardens, i was told that someone would call me. I receieved no contact and was charged an extra 60 dollars with no explanation. No warning or notification that the autopay system was not functioning or that there was a defect.

    I went to the location and was given a rate of $705 and took a tour. This was on January 25 2019. On January 31 I went in and they wanted to now charge $840/ month. Now on February 9 2019. They want $940 for a Three bedroom. What type of rentals are these. My family were so excited to move in. Now while I look for another home I will go through and rate this on every platform I can.
