This is a place I would not recommend! Thankfully my husband and I will be out in a matter of weeks. Since we got here almost if not every night our apartment would smell like Weed. Our neighbors under us would smoke all the time and as everyone knows smoke rises. Did I forget to mention I have a one year old that has to smell that as well!.. Another issue here is that there is a mouse infestation! We can hear them moving around where the heaters are. We also find Mouse droppings along the edge of the wall.. ITS DISGUSTING!!... The walls are so thin here as well. People let their children scream and run down the halls and it almost sounds like there right there inside your apartment..The washing machines are also gross. They never clean them. There is always dog hair all around on the inside of the washers plus they always smell like mildew. One of the dryers doesnt even work and hasnt for i dont even know how long now... The only positive thing I can say about this place is that the people at the front have always been super helpful when it comes to answering questions.. Other then that if you want to live comfortably dont waste your money here spend a little more if you have to to make sure you live in a clean and comfortable home.

My air conditioner was not working and needed replaced.Angel and another maintenance worker came and replaced the air conditioner in a short amount of time.They were very quick very courteous and seemed very knowledgeable about what they were doin..I was very pleased with the work that they did

The staff did not care if the kids destroyed the property. Police had been called by residents but were unable to do anything because staff would not press charges. The walls are so thin you can hear all.

We had very noisy neighbors above us which we complained about several times. I believe they did all they could, but the floors were pretty thin.
