    The staff at the time were very welcoming and responsive to any requests. They knew me by name and were always helpful. The hallways are not maintained well and the neighbors can be loud. In the springtime it is very hot inside the apartment because the heat is controlled by mgmt. The heat is not turned off until they are sure there will not be another cold day. The bathrooms have very small sinks without any counter space. The location is great being close to Grays lake and downtown.

    There is trash everywhere, mice running free in apartments. Management & maintenance is always changing . Lack of communication between management and residents.

    I've had a roach problem since I moved in nov 7 2017 and with my kids asthma that's not acceptable. So I got an extended stay hotel from nov 15 to Dec 15 because they were supposed to be taking care of the issue. They said they'd have pest control out once a week for a month but got home today with 6 roaches in my kitchen a lone. Staff is nice that's about it!
