Legacy Apartments

I think overall this apartment complex is a a great starter apartment. When the apartment exchanged hands to the new management it kind of went down in quality for me. I understand there needed to be a lot of changes, but most of them were cosmetic and the new management was not very flexible, even though I had been a long time resident of the complex.

Roach infested. Loud and obnoxious neighbors. Air conditioning went out twice in a year, the first time it was completely wired wrong and took 5 days to fix, the last time took over a month. The only reason I am still here right now is because of the location to the school, once the kid is out of elementary school, we are out of this place.

Did not receive apartment initially promised. Was not informed of additional management and property fees that would be imposed before providing deposit and first month's rent. Was later informed that deposit was a non-returnable fee rather than a deposit. Was not informed property was primarily a subsidized housing facility. Repairs and maintenance were hard to obtain. Parking was horride. Did not recieve garage. Any thing the property could find to charge additional fees they would.
