Nice area and in the apartments are pretty nice. As soon as you make any form of noise the neighbors call the police who are also annoyed, they're called again as they know these are the thinnest walls on the planet. So good place to live if you never have any company or converse in your apartment... unless you have kids they can run around yell and cry as much as they want but you laugh too loud, and the police are called out.

Communication from management could improve, sidewalks and walkways are not always clear of snow and ice, it would be nice if more recycling options were available, the laundry equipment could be improved.

Overall I enjoyed my apartment experience. Bennett Grand Woods was my first apartment. The only thing that I really disliked was the amount of spider webs and bugs right outside of our door. I was scared to even walk down the hallway because the spiders were so big. We had a notice that pest control was coming and that never happened.

Unprofessional and unorganized management. Multiple times during the move out process and also requesting information I had to request multiple times becoming upset before I would be helped. Office assistant routinely lost messahes
