Current Cambridge Court Resident
My daughter moved in the apartment almost a year ago. On the first day we experienced malfunction of the dish Read Morewasher which shaked wildly and made extremely loud noise and damaged a few of our brand new dinner plates and bowls. The office was notified of this problem and a maintenance person was sent to check the problem. We were told that was the way the dishwasher works in all the apartment because the dishwashers are old. They also told us if they replace our dishwasher they had to replace them for all apartment units and they were not going to do that. Since then we never used the dishwasher again. We just hand wash all the plates. It was really poor service for the money we paid. Very disappointed. All the appliances are old and may die anytime. Will not renew lease for sure.

We loved living here!! The apartment was nice, being by the indoor pool and hot tub was a major plus!! We only Read More moved because we bought a house.

Cambridge court is not fair residency, they have asked me $1500 when i vacant apartment to replace carpet sayi Read Moreng carpet is not good, but their sewage lines/waterr pipelines are not good, many times water leaked and damage apartment and they charge renter's to give money.
