Great place to live, especially given the price point. My only knock is that I have trouble getting packages sometimes. The office is always helpful and responsive.

Loud area, maintenance was rarely on time, often did not receive 24 hour maintenance notice to handle pets, took months to get my deposit back.

Everything has been fantastic so far. Townhome is as updated as it could be and we couldn't be happier with what we've got. Just one minor thing is we weren't aware of the online platform for paying rent and submitting maintenance requests for a few months after moving in.
