If you have physical challenges, you will be pleased to learn that the parking lot is on the same level as the ground floor apartments. The front doors are wide enough for standard chairs, and have been used as such with very mild wooden ramps installed by those residents (Just enough to go over the thresh-hold). In addition, Acorn Village Apartments management will be pleased to install a raised toilet as needed, and grab rails. Just ask!

Pet Policy: Cats and Small Dogs allowed. Potty trained and less than 25 lbs weight limit. $100 pet deposit.
Breed Restrictions: Pet Interview required. The pet must be friendly, of a non-dangerous breed as defined by the insurance carrier (no pitts, dobies, rotts, poisonous animals, etc.). People who sneak in an animal will be fined $35.00 and have the animal put through the normal inspection routine. If the animal fails, it must go or resident will face eviction.
