    5 Star Reviews were purchased with $50 off rent - and here's why: Bad parking, pet friendly policy = disgusting lawn, graffiti on playground equipment, loud neighbors, grill area unavailable for most of year, and unfriendly staff. "Normal wear and tear is fine" is a lie - you'll lose your deposit and be charged for everything including mandatory professional carpet shampooing (can't do it yourself). If 0 stars were an option, that's what this place would get.

    The staff is helpful and friendly. My only two complaints have been not getting an accent wall painted in my unit. I'm going on 4 years with this property and no one has come into paint the wall. The other upsetting thing is I finally after 3 years decided to move to a 6 month lease as I'm looking to purchase a home. The staff raised my rates! It's upsetting to know that I wasn't offered a lower monthly rate considering I've been a tenant here for 3 years and never been late on my rent!

    Management is terrific, Parking is sometime hard to find, had air let out of tires because of coveted parking spots, storage cars and motorcycles using up spots for vehicles on the go.

    They didn't take care of the pool. The maintenance never followed up with request. Lost all paperwork from our move in so they had no reference to what the apartment looked like before we moved in to what it was like when we left.

    Facilities and Apartments are excellent. Workers are excellent. Corporate contracted apartments are the only issue since the tenants don't hold the residence to the same standards as the rest of us due to them seeing it as a temporary stay like a hotel, more than the rest of the tenants trying to make it more like a home.
