Friendliness of the staff; way beyond expectations! Modern and new apartments, extremely clean and well maintained. The appointments throughout are outstanding, The modern appliances are wonderful, the saltwater pool is delightful and after only a month I have made several friends. I don't know quite how your operation and staff does it, but the other residents are so happy and friendly I am expecting to stay here a long time. I really do love it here!

The courtesy and helpful staff makes apartment living easy. Work orders are handled quickly and office staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained. The pool is also beautiful and the other residents are very friendly.

I've called, left a message, signed up for more information online, nothing. I can't even find out how much it cost to rent a two bedroom and how long the leases are.

The staff is helpful and friendly. My only two complaints have been not getting an accent wall painted in my unit. I'm going on 4 years with this property and no one has come into paint the wall. The other upsetting thing is I finally after 3 years decided to move to a 6 month lease as I'm looking to purchase a home. The staff raised my rates! It's upsetting to know that I wasn't offered a lower monthly rate considering I've been a tenant here for 3 years and never been late on my rent!
