    The parking is horrible. You must purchase a 30 a month spot to have decent parking.

    If you work 2nd shift, forget about sleeping for a good chunk of the day from mid-spring to mid-fall. The law maintenance crew will be out pretty much everyday either mowing, edging, or using an electric hedge trimmer. They usually start between 8:00AM-9:00AM. There was pretty much never parking in front of the building my apartment was in. The property manager will do whatever he can to also guarantee that you owe them money when you move out. Forget about getting your security deposit back.

    Clean, friendly staff, awesome maintenance.Huge swimming pool with grill pit next to it.Great location, not far from my job (Amazon)Even though it is a big community it stays pretty quite which is great considering I sleep during the days because of my work schedule.

    The neighborhood is quiet, my building mates are friendly and keep noise down to the minimum. Maintenance requests have quick turnaround times and are extremely helpful! The one bedroom apartments are decently spacious for one or two people and having my own washer/dryer is a blessing.
