    It was a nice place to live. The staff was very friendly. The apartment was nice as well. The only thing I didn't like was the washer and dryers were not allowed in the apartments. But overall a great place.

    They have done a lot of needed construction, but it took a lot of letter writing to their headquarters, a lot of time, and a lot of frustration before this was completed. I can provide you with the correspondence on my part alone that led to the repairs.

    All of the appliances are outdated, you can hear everything your neighbors do through thin walls, the people in the office are rude, and it takes FOREVER for the maintenance people to respond to requests, and the often did not fix the problem.

    This is low income housing so you get what you pay for. Could hear every neighbor that was connected to your unit. Cabinets were badly warped and fire place didn't work.

    Average is the best way to describe it...from the way everything looked to the maintenance of the utility rooms, grounds, driveways, etc. The appliances were old, yet reliable. Overall though, just average. Livable, but not necessarily enjoyable.
