    I have been holding off to write this review until I left but I would rather write it now. I have never lived at a place where the Manager of the residence was so unwilling to work with residents regarding unexpected life circumstances. I recently had to undergo testing because I am sick. I unexpectedly needed two MRI's and 6 x-rays due to neurological symptoms I have been developing. I called to ask if I could have a one day extension after the grace period because I was waiting on my direct deposit which comes in that midnight. I was told no and I would have to pay the $35. I have never lived in a residence where the manager was so uncompassionate.
    Other MAJOR issue is BUGS, BUGS, BUGS. I pay monthly for pest control and am only provided inconsistent spraying of my apartment. I am literally sleeping with the rollie pollies and spiders. YUK!
    The winter is VERY cold due to poorly insulated windows and uneven door frames. The walls are paper thin and the freeway noise is ridiculous and continuous. So be sure to ask if you still choose to move in-to live on the OTHER side of the complex.

    The apartment I lived in flooded three times. Management tried to blame us for the issue. We found out from other neighbors that this apartment had flooded multiple times before we moved in. Management finally backed down but only after many disputes. Maintenance was always on top of repairs and very courteous. However, they did Band-Aid type fixes. Utilities were outrageous, you can pretty much hear everything, and tons of centipedes. It's a cheap place to live, but you get what you pay for.

    The only complaints I have is the installation must not be the best because I have really crank up my heat in the winter, and my complex is by the interstate, the traffice noise is pretty bad when I try to relax with the windows and or the patio door open.
