What a terrible place to live now! Just want to add my voice to all the ones saying it used to be good, now it's awful. A lot of that comes from Price Brothers as well. Will never rent from them again.

Every time you walk it makes that wood noise, and people that live downstairs get disturbed. Lived their for 2 1/2 months and got evicted just because we couldn't walk in your own apartment after 9 pm.. ( no joke ) you would get warning 2 complaints and on 3rd they will kick you out of there. At least that's what they did with us.

In the two years we have been here we have had neighbors do drugs, neighbors with very domestic disputes, neighbors who have played music so loud it shakes your apartment, and residents taking the handicap parking just because they can't find a place to park. You report to the front and they don't do anything. Have seen police here several times in just the last few months. Our unit is falling apart and during snow and ice nothing is salted. Don't feel like taking another $30-$40 increase for this again.

We used to be VERY happy here. Some people up front have changed and have just been horrible rude, they called one day saying our dogs were out so pest control couldn't spray. I rushed home to check on my dogs and they were still locked up. Front desk had no explanation. People around us have been leaving and telling us the place isn't the same. There is a person in our building that plays their music so loud our walls and floors shook. (happens during the mid day or early afternoon) we let the front girls know they have said they would get back to us but never do. We have even asked for follow-ups but get nothing. Can't have handicapped guest (grandparents) park in the handicap spot because another neighbor (who doesn't have any handicap signs on their vehicle) parks there when it's empty, which is about every day. Also they lost our check. Not sure how long we will be around. Kind of sad.
