    The pics are a bit misleading, the pool is not very big. :( There was not an apartment to look at only the floor plans, which we able to see on line. Parking looks to be a nightmare in the small parking lots with the car ports. We passed on this property immediately.

    Live there for one year. During 2 months of it, their roof leaked and caused MASSIVE water damage to my master bathroom. It took Price Brothers (who own the property along with many other apartment complexes in Overland Park) almost two months to fix it. All while black mold started to form in the false ceiling. Management was also unwilling, at first, to offer me any credit on my rent since I was out a bathroom and the smell of mold got to be very bad since it was April/May.

    I feel like they accommodated my stay there very well. I always felt appreciated there and they always knew who I was they made it very personable.

    Fast turn around point on fixing things wrong. Great staff, they treat you like extended family that pays. I love fiesta I only wish they had military rates.
