Would NOT recommend this place. The price, or so we thought, was decent for the great location. Turns out 2 mo Read Morenths before our lease expires, they're now claiming that we've been paying the wrong rent amount the entire 10 months we've lived here and owe them money. We've been paying what we were told would be out total rent amount when we moved in. Once a year Charissa has her office assistant tell you that you owe them money for renters insurance. Was under no circumstances going to renew the lease regardless of this discrepancy, but how do you honestly go nearly a year and not notice a tenant isn't paying what they're "supposed to be"? I'll tell you why...because the management and office staff are TERRIBLE! They don't communicate properly with each other, maintenance issues that are reported are very rarely taken care of, the office is often closed during business hours because there are only 2 office employees. The parking situation is out of control. There is a constant scent of marijuana smoke in and around my building. If I would have had to deal with Charissa when I was looking for a place. I would of never home in. Do yourself a favor and consider the other multiple complexes in the area.

The townhome we moved into had a few issues that needed to be fixed. The townhome had a lot of wear and tear b Read Moreefore even moving in. The parking is terrible, very crowded streets. The value for what you get is good though.

Layout is wakeful limited where you can put furniture master bathroom is the smallest I have ever seen very ha Read Morerd to get ready in the morning. The rent is way overpriced in terms of quality and service. Windows constantly let cold air into the rooms first day there massive flood in basement poor pipping etc etc
