    Mixed feelings. Loved the space I was in but absolutely have no respect for the management here. Was falsely accused of things in my apartment caused by neighbors in the building. Then upon moving out on July 4th, 2018 I was charged an additional $635 on top of them keeping my apartment deposit and pet deposit. I spent a week cleaning and making sure that everything was in good condition by my move out. I have over 40 pictures of my apartment on move out day along with a video walk through showing that every room was clear and cleaned as well as 3 witnesses who can attest that the charges are false. I am not saying everything was perfect but I know for a fact there is no reason these additional charges should have been added. I am perfectly fine with an apartment keeping my deposit for wear and tear, but to then charge an additional $635 on top of everything else is so unethical it has me pursuing options to correct this unacceptable behavior demonstrated by the management team at the dunes. Why does an individual pay a deposit, pet deposit, rent and pet rent every single month if in the end you charge whatever you want regardless if they are false charges? I would avoid this place but the area is very pleasant.

    I've lived at the Dunes for 6 years and love it. The office staff is fantastic and the maintenance team is awesome.

    The staff there is excellent. Anytime I had an issue at my apartment it was usually taken care of the same day. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

    Since the original property manager left that was here when I moved in in 2008, the rates have continued to go up with no improvements. There is no monetary incentive to continue to rent here. The long time resident is not valued.

    Positive: The maintenance staff was very helpful and friendly. Negative: The building itself ... poor quality construction & many maintenance issues, the most troublesome of which was the drafty windows which caused our children's rooms to stay around 55 degrees in the winter. Ice always formed on the insides of the windows and later melted, running down from the windows & into the drywall. This must have been happening for years b/c in the warm weather, there was a bad musty/moldy smell.
