    The appliances are old and when they do not work, they do not replace them. I entered a work request and it has been 5 months and no appliance yet. There fumes of garbage smell coming out of the dryer and the whole apartment smells like garbage. The hallway has holes on the ceiling and a panel is hanging. I have mentioned 3 times and nobody shows up to either repair or fix it. I will look into another apartments not these ones, maintenance is awful.

    After 12 years of living at this property, I am sad to say it is run down. The luxury sign should have been removed about a decade ago. It used to be one of the best properties in the area, but do yourself a favor and spend just a little more for one of the several surrounding newer properties. A huge investment is needed to modernize and or update this property and the management is just not going to ever do it. The staff and maintenance team come across tired, defeated, and defensive about complaints. Tremendous turnover as well. Some of them seem to care, but most of the staff just enjoy the how can I not help you attitude. Air conditioning units and water heaters are breaking down the last couple of years since they are the original units from 15 to 20 years ago as well. If you are going to move here, make sure you move in to an apartment with a new AC unit. Make sure the water heater is newer and doesn't show a ton of corrosion or it may flood as well.

    It's a great place to live in there as I stayed there for 5 years and it's really a nice apartment which is center place for everything like schools, shops and so on. Since I moved to my own independent home and hence I had to move out else I would have stayed there for ever!
