Local Reviews

I like that everything is in walking distant, The people are friendly and comunity looks out for eachother. We have farmers markets that match food stamps up to 40 dallors.

We enjoy that our house and neighborhood is very close to downtown and many of our favorite restaurants and breweries.

My neighborhood is close to downtown, the university, the river and the park behind my apartment. You can walk to all these places including local restaurants and the library. I live in a valley surrounded by mountains.

Our neighborhood has mostly older residents so it is quiet. We have one neighborhood restaurant that is favored by locals. We have lots of wildlife - we have deer and squirrels and birds all the time - geese, ducks, jays, magpies, woodpeckers, flickers, etc. Plus occasionally we see bears, mountain lions, elk, ad bobcats.

I love the small town feel. I love that it's safe to go for a run or a walk any time. I also enjoy that the police, fire, and hospitals are close.

My favorite thing about my neighborhood is the charm and friendliness. It's near everything but you feel like you're in a quiet, small neighborhood.
