This place has started to turn real slummy. Cops are here a lot. The place was swarming with them two days ago. Definitely looking into other options when my lease is up. I just want my family to feel safer. Security gates dont work anymore. Maintenance is good and staff is nice. Not sure what happened to the kind of people that live here now.

I feel the apartment is a bit too expensive. I was also disheartened that right after I moved in, you started offering a free month (or was it 1/2 month) to new residents. I would have liked to have been extended such an offer too. My other comment is that I think the electric bill is way too high for an apartment. My bills are $200 per month, and we really don't overuse the electricity. I've never heard of such high electric rates in my life. You might as well say the rent is $1,000

I rate Crown Chase as excellent because the apartments are well maintained, the grounds are nice, and there are many amenities. Any maintenance requests are answered promptly. I certainly feel that my apartment is roomy enough, and have more kitchen counter space than I have had in years!
