    Love it here. It is quiet and located in a decent area. Only bad thing I can say is the spiders. Since my apartment faces the little lake area there's a ton of spiders on the balcony so I can't even use it. Other than that, I love it here.

    My AC broke twice, my furnace went out once, my electric bill was ALWAYS $120 even with wingerizing the place. I had to call the cops 3 times because my neighbors fought all the time. Brown recluse spiders were EVERYWHERE, even though I had sticky traps and sprayed peppermint. The oven didn't work and no one tried to fix it. The dishwasher barely got my dishes clean, I had to hand wash them most of the time. I payed $605 for rent and that place was not worth it AT ALL!!!!! I've lived in a place that I paid $400 and they were actually NICE!

    Great views from any apartment of a river or lake. There is a paved running trail close to the building. It is very secluded and quiet. Love living here!

    Starting with the overall look of the place, the view is just wonderful all the time. The property is well cared for and maintained.The Management staff, as well as maintenance are just superior.

    I enjoy living here but the limited parking can be trying.

    It would be great if they included a gym. It would also be beneficial to those with children if there were an onsight ''??play ground''?'' (fenced in, of course!). Also, parking could be expanded exponentially if the field area (facing the south) was cut just a little.
