Ive been a resident for over 6 years on and off. I think the staff are really nice and always take care of any issues I have! If you want a great place to live Westlink Village is the place to be!!!

The staff was always helpful and nice. I never had a maintenance issue, the apartments were well maintained and updated. My only gripe would be is that when they had issues with people misusing the pool, they would shut it down for at least a week as punishment. Having two small kids, it was always a disappointment to walk to the pool and find it to be closed. I can understand why, it was just really inconvenient. The in-unit washer/dryers were so nice to have!!

It took a while for anyone to assist us in issues we had and the air conditioner was looked at and we were told is was not broken but it would not get any colder than 85 degrees in our apartment.

The ac was bad the day we moved in and couldn't keep up with the heat. They never did replace it in the six months we lived there. Our electric bill was over $300 a month for the first three months we were there. Then when our fridge went out it took them four days to get us a new one. We couldn't ever get the repairs that we asked for done right the first time. We usually had to ask them multiple times before the job was done correctly--if they ever did it correctly at all.
