    Well, I really liked living at Cumberland Trace. I had lived in several different apts in B.G. but I have to say this was the best one by far. The apartments are large and look really good. I always had compliments from my friends on how cute my apt. was. If I ever needed stuff fixed, it was always done quickly. Maintenance was really nice and even set an appointment so I could be home to put up my dog. The property was nice, but if I ever had a problem with anything, the office staff would make sure it was taken care of. I would recommend this place to all my friends. I would still be there, but it was time to get into a house.

    Very DISAPPOINTING! I definitely would not recommend this apartment complex, the model unit that was shown was very nice but when we moved into our unit it was filthy dirty nasty smelly carpet mold and mildew in the bathroom exhaust fan, the hall way walking to my apartment is filthy nasty dirty, we have only been here a couple of weeks and are counting down the days left on the lease! Maintenance is a joke he told me he was the only one here that everyone had quit so getting him out here to fix anything will not happen!

    The sound barrier between apts needs to be better, Other area residents need to keep their patio's more presentable and cleaner.

    We have been very happy with the office person and the maintenance crew. There are some concerns though. The thermostats were lowered in ALL the apartments in compliance with code. In the handicapped apt.s, this is fine. But for the rest of us who are not in wheelchairs, we have to practically get on our knees to set the thermostats. Plus, it is low enough for kids to get into. Not a good idea. The floor on the upper apt. has NO sound proofing between it and the ceiling down stair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Friendly Management. Quick to reply to requests and good communication. Grounds are kept very clean. Plenty of parking for renters and visitors. Move-in was seamless.
