You couldnt ask for a nicer office & maintenance staff. Too bad the landlord doesnt pay a living wage and takes their efforts for granted. Its not surprising however, as they treat the tenants with equal contempt. In the past three years, Ive had numerous rental increases to the tune of a couple hundred per month. A lot of the original elderly tenants had to move away. For all this cash, we got some new paint on the exterior and they finally replaced the rotting original 1960s windows. Oh, and we got a bbq! What the landlord didnt do was invest in repairing the feature amenity - the pool - so once again we will not be spending our entire summer poolside unless we shell out the cash to join a pool elsewhere and the landlord isnt giving us rental concessions to do so. Nope. In addition to charging us full price despite our broken pool, the landlord charges us for items usually considered to be the costs of doing business such as pest control, preparation of billing statements, and EFT payments through the renters portal. Rent elsewhere, youll be happier.

Things around here do not get handled properly the management needs to be trained again so many people complain about the same issues and all the management does is talk to the people and makes things worse that's why multiple people are moving out! This place is terrible!
