Everyone is friendly and willing to help you out. Also it's close to everything but not in the city.

I love how quiet my neighborhood is. There is an HOA so the grounds are always beautiful. I'm still close to concerts, museums, theaters, restaurants, shopping.

The Reds are so near and we frequently go.The hospital is nearby.Wal-Mart is close. We go to church together.
