The recent rent hike was totally unexpected and does not seem warranted. The maintenance and office staff are Read Morefriendly and usually prompt, but I have still had numerous problems with some of the cheaper aspects of the building.

You may not believe that there was a rat in my previous apartment (3901-4). The rat ate my apples and bread an Read Mored pooped on the kitchen table and high chair. They did not take care of the problem and I decided to move out of that apartment. They seem to be professional to take care of residents needs. But they are not really. I am very disappointed with them. I still have the picture of pooping and the apples the rat ate in my cell phone.

Management sends entirely too many notices to each door--it feels like spam mail being hand delivered, litteri Read Moreng the hallways of each building. Parking is constantly full, and half of the cars parked were inappropriately parked (non-handicap vehicles in handicap spots, cars in No Parking zones, too many cars parked in cul-de-sac, etc). Policy violations are targeted, not to all violators. Management team doesn't return calls or emails. Maintenance concerns take multiple reports to get fixed.

Overall, I like my apartment. The staff is friendly and the grounds are clean. Maintenance is usually on the b Read Moreall, repairing things within a week of telling them. The one area that I have a problem with is pest control. Specifically roaches. The only form of pest control I have seen is a spraying with a twelve dollar jug of Orkin from the hardware store. Individual apartment sprayings with this instead of a building wide professional treatment doesn't really cut it in this area.
