    The worst place I have ever lived. do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place unless you have no decent options available.

    The complex is a JOKE. We had to sign the lease without seeing the Townhome because it was being cleaned. The day we got our keys we went to the Townhome, MASSIVE ROACH'S. They were in the air conditioning Vents, in the heating units. In the stove, in all the bedrooms. I was told that they did spray and will spray again on Friday. We got our keys on Wed. The place is not clean at all. The cabinets had nasty crud on them. The floors were nasty in the kitchen next to the cabinets. The bathroom tub caulk has mold on it. The bathroom sink had over 20 burned marks from cigarettes. I WAS TOLD THAT THIS PLACE WAS MOVE IN READY WHEN WE WERE HANDED THE KEYS. The outside deck still had junk from the previous renters. The staff at this complex is INCOMPETENT. We did not move in. The lease was avoiding due to the Infestation of the roaches. It took 5 calls to CORPORATE and a few calls to manager Michael. We get our money back but they DON'T KNOW HOW LONG IT TAKES. Will never deal with CMC PROPERTIES AGAIN. Please do your research before choosing to live at Saratoga Apartments.

    I loved the town house I lived it but the only thing I didn't like is all the bugs in my home... I loved that house and wish I could afford to move back.. Great place to live

    The management was difficult to get a hold of and did not want to fix or address problems in a timely manner. My apartment had roaches nearly the entire time I was there, the dishwasher didn't work very well but maintenance didn't find a problem with it, and there were other problems as well.

    When issues arose in the apartments they were able to take care of the issues quickly and efficiently. I never had severe problems with the apartment. The area was clean and well maintained. I even saw the manager a few times walking around the property with a trash bag and claw to clean up things that had blown onto the grounds.
