Unless you hound the office daily, maintenance requests will go completely unanswered. Management is lazy and rude, trash is constantly overflowing, and the grounds are not treated in the winter. Parking is atrocious as some units have upwards of 10 people living there. Cars have been broken into and even stolen entirely. Filthy air ducts will leave everything you own covered in black dust. Lease terms can and will be changed at any moment and the price continues to skyrocket despite the outdated and neglected "amenities." Avoid at all costs.

My girlfriend and I moved out months ago because we had several issues. We lived on the bottom floor and kept having issues with roaches and possibly bedbugs. I talked to another tenant before leaving and apparently they had the same issues. All I am saying is be careful and make sure you check around your place. The buildings are very outdated and I honestly think they are overpriced because of that.
