Overpriced and lots of hidden fees. Staff doesn't care. You have to beg to get maintenance done. Property in bad shape.

After moving into Raintree a year and a half ago, my lease renewal was a small increase, immediately followed by notice that my water bill was going to be managed by a third party for which the cost would be passed on to me. No negotiation. No other option. Great apartment, but not really worth the money I am paying for it.

I has really a beautiful indoor swiming pool. The location is excellent. The problem is it is not really homely, more commercial. If you want calm and quite place to live, it is not your place. The rent is excellent and the staffs and the office are excellent.

The staff is always friendly and eager to help. The location is great close to everything. restaurants, grocery stores, movie theater etc. The indoor and pool area is really nice as well as the outdoor pool. The only thing I would like to see change is the gym. The gym is small with some out dated equipment.

Raintree staff are incompetent and rigid. Raintree will bully you in every way they can to sap every penny from you. My neighbor had Raintree staff enter her unit without prior notice and removed a juggalo flag, she was a juggalo, from her balcony. And the water bill is a scam too.
