    Terrible staff, maintenance doesnt do the job they are sent to do, before moved in we were told apartment had been check and cleaned prior to us moving in and that was a lie, and mice or rat infestation, definitely not worth the $1000 a month they charge to live here

    Way too pricey for apartment size. Takes extremely long periods of time before maintanince work is done and often times takes more than 1 visit.

    The management staff and owner are absolutely abysmal to deal with. We lived there through major renovations that cut into everyday activities and made the building we live in a literal dump. Overall, a terrible experience living there.

    They recently got rid of the dumpsters around the complex so it's extremely inconvenient to take trash out. They also did away with recycling, so those of us who are environmentally conscious are further inconvenienced. For the first three months I lived here, I found out they had been overcharging me on rent because they don't keep things updated in their system and I only found out because the leasing agent very rudely argued with me about my rate. I will not be renewing my lease.

    Renovations are beautiful. Love the stainless steel appliances! The salt water pool is amazing.
