    I reached out to these people twice last year and twice this year, and still no response of any kind not very professional not very welcoming

    I just recently moved here less than a week and I love it. Very clean, someone is always in the office for questions/concerns. I will say a con is that there is only one dumpster in the entire complex which makes taking trash out on a daily basis inconvenient. And the mailboxes are also pretty far away from my unit. But other than that I have no complaints.
