      This used to be a nice place to live but they've run it into the ground. The appliances are 10 years old, they won't update them unless you agree to pay extra (every other apartment complex has modern appliances, nice floors, etc.) basically they just stick you in the same 20 year old crap hole as everyone else. The walls and floors are UNBELIEVABLY thin. So thin that you WILL pay your neighbors heating and cooling bills. If you go on a tour walk through the laundry room with the door closed, you'll notice a huge difference in temperature. That means if you don't have an upstairs neighbor, you're paying to heat their apartment all winter too. The pool is only open 2 months a year, and they've raised rents 25% in the last 2 years. This used to be a nice place, now I would NEVER live here. Go to ANY of the more modern apartments in Louisville, there are tons of complexes doing pricing specials, everything. STAY AWAY.

      I have lived here for 4 years and I love it. The area is quite, clean and safe. The staff is always friendly and courteous, not only to the residents, but perspective residents as well. Although I do not have a pet, they are pet friendly.

      Office staff are very courteous, friendly and professional. Any apartments needs are handled promptly. I leased the clubhouse for a function and received many compliments. The grounds staff is excellent about making sure everything is well maintained and clean. Neighbors are super friendly and courteous as well. I do not have a pet - but it is a pet friendly complex and I enjoy watching others walk their dogs. Location is great - close to interstate, restaurants and other businesses.

      I have lived here for 8 years and love it. All the staff is friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and kept clean. When I have a maintenance problem it is taken care of that day and is done right. The swimming pool is a great place to hang out in summer. They just added a play area for the kids and we have picnic tables and grills placed throughout the property. Very dog friendly with a fenced in dog park with benches for you to rest while you dog wears it self out.
